Job Description
We are looking for a proactive
Infrastructure Analyst
with excellent technical skills to join our team. If you are passionate about ensuring the correct functioning of technology and providing quality support, this is the opportunity for you Key Accountabilities Ensure the proper functioning of equipment (Laptops, Desktops, Cell Phones, etc.).
Provide personalized technical support to users.




Guarantee compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for requests and incidents.
Keep Nielsen's equipment inventory updated.
Manage equipment warranties.
Provide support for business projects.
Follow up on financial processes, including invoice management with local vendors.
Offer hands-on support to the Telecom & Hosting team.
Guarantee the high availability of IT Services.
Maintain close contact with leaders, managers, and users to cover their IT needs.
Ensure the follow-up of general IT processes.
Qualifications
This is an
in-office
position, located at our
Guadalajara
headquarters.
Previous Experience:
2 to 4 years of experience in technical support for Laptops, Desktops, and Cell Phones.
Operating Systems:
Knowledge in operating systems (Windows, Unix).
Applications:
Google Apps support.
Training:
Ability to train and guide users in the use of tools.
