Position Summary
The Client Director (Mexico City) is responsible for driving new business and expanding strategic accounts for CoreX, a ServiceNow Elite Partner. This role focuses on cultivating and leveraging relationships within the ServiceNow ecosystem to identify opportunities, close large-scale enterprise deals, and accelerate CoreX's growth in Mexico City. The idóneo candidate is a high-performing sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding quotas, building strong relationships, and successfully selling complex ServiceNow solutions and services.
This is a remote position; candidates must be based in Mexico City and have prior experience selling across the territory.

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue goals within Mexico City territory
- Leverage established relationships with ServiceNow sales teams, solution consultants, and ecosystem partners to generate and advance opportunities.
- Identify, develop, and close new enterprise accounts, focusing on multi-year, high-value engagements.
- Drive account growth by expanding services within existing customer accounts.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that articulate CoreX's value proposition and differentiation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, solutions, marketing) to ensure seamless execution of sales opportunities.
- Stay informed on ServiceNow product offerings, ecosystem developments, and industry trends to effectively position CoreX's services.
- Accurately forecast pipeline, report on activity, and maintain CRM records.
