Node.js Full Stack Developer – Hybrid in Guadalajara
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Senior Full Stack Developer as a Support Engineer L4
to join our engineering team. This role is adecuado for someone who brings deep technical expertise, strong architectural thinking, and a passion for building scalable, cloud-native applications. As a senior engineer, you will influence technical direction, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development support for L4 of full‐stack applications
using Angular, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
Supervise the Cloud Architecture:
Architect and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging
AWS services .
Validation and improvement of API Management:
Build scalable APIs, microservices, and integration layers.
Propose experience for Optimization:
Optimize application performance, reliability, and security.
Strong Collaboration:
Work with product, architecture, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Lead and conduct improvements to the DevOps team:




Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and promote engineering best practices.
Problem Solving:
Troubleshoot complex issues across the stack and drive root-cause analysis.
Continuous Improvement:
Contribute to improving development processes and standards.
Technical Skills Required
Experience:
Mid-level with 6 to
8+ years
of experience in software development.
Frontend:
Advanced proficiency with
Angular , including component architecture, state management, and UI performance.
Backend:
Deep experience with
Node.js
and modern frameworks such as Express or NestJS.
Database:
Strong
SQL expertise
and hands-on experience with
PostgreSQL , including performance tuning and schema design.
Cloud:
Professional experience with
AWS , including designing and deploying production workloads.
Support experience L3 and
L4,
debugging,
troubleshoting
and
maintaince background.
