The Influencer and PR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the execution and management of influencer partnerships and broader public relations initiatives. This role ensures campaigns drive measurable ROI, elevate brand visibility, and align with overall communications strategy. The Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing agency-managed influencer partners, tracking key performance metrics, and supporting brand ambassador initiatives.
Additionally, the role will contribute to PR efforts by assisting with media outreach, maintaining press lists, coordinating product seeding, and identifying opportunities for earned media coverage. This role will report to the Senior Director of Influencers and Socials and is a full-time (40 hr/wk), hourly, non-exempt, remote position. It is preferred that candidates be able to work the EST timezone. The compensation for this role is MXN 187-225 per hour.
Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns, including timelines, deliverables, and communication.




Oversee agency and freelancer-managed influencer partnerships and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
Track and analyze influencer campaign performance data (engagement rate, conversions, reach vs. cost) and benchmarks (views, shares, brand mentions),, report insights, and suggest optimizations.
Support the Senior Director in managing brand ambassador relationships and maintaining regular touchpoints.
Contribute to PR initiatives by assisting with press outreach, product gifting, and earned media strategy.
Maintain and update accurate media and influencer lists across platforms and regions.
Collaborate with internal departments (creative, social, legal, etc.) to align influencer/PR messaging and brand storytelling.
Manage incoming product requests and support seeding strategy to maximize brand exposure.
Contribute to quarterly influencer and PR strategic goals.
