We're looking for a
Marketing Project Manager
to help drive the successful execution of marketing initiatives in a collaborative, Agile environment.
In this role, you'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure marketing projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule. You'll work closely with marketing, creative, product, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders while contributing to continuous process improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
Coordinate and manage multiple marketing projects from planning through execution.
Develop project plans, timelines, and delivery schedules.
Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items.
Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining high quality standards.
Escalate risks and issues when appropriate.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with marketing, creative, product, legal, compliance, and business teams.
Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Support communication between internal teams and external vendors when needed.
Facilitate project status meetings and follow up on action items.
Agile Delivery
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives,
