About the Role
We are looking for a
Business Support Operations
professional to support our U.S.-based sales team with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks.



This is an individual contributor (IC) role, ideal for someone early to mid-career with approximately 2+ years of experience in sales support, administration, or customer service.
This role is not senior-level and does not include people management or strategic ownership. It is a hands-on position focused on execution, accuracy, organization, and strong communication with internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Administration
Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo) with accurate and timely sales data
Prepare and process sales quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and contracts
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, operations) to support the sales cycle
Track order status, follow up on required documentation, and assist with basic sales reporting
Organize and manage sales documentation in accordance with internal processes
