We are seeking a Remote Construction Program Manager to support a U.based construction services company operating at scale across multiple states. This role is embedded within the client's Program Management Office and serves as a coordination and delivery support function across active construction and infrastructure projects, with a primary focus on a national pavement assessment program for a major retail client.
You will work directly with program managers, project owners, and field teams in a fully remote environment, where responsiveness, accuracy, and proactive follow-through are essential. This role blends technical scoring and analysis with day-to-day program coordination and executive-facing communication.



It is adecuado for someone with a background in construction project coordination who thrives in a structured, fast-paced setting and takes ownership of deliverables without needing constant direction.
Maintain and update project tracking reports, dashboards, and status documentation across active programs
Use AI-supported workflows to generate and validate pavement condition scores from field scan data
Coordinate schedules and deliverables directly with field survey teams
Monitor project timelines, milestones, and action items — flagging delays and following up with responsible parties
Own zone creation and weighting in mapping/scoring tools alongside the Project Coordinator
Keep internal data platforms current; Support risk tracking and issue log management, ensuring items are documented and escalated appropriately
Prioritize the annual location pipeline using scoring data and prior findings
