Job Summary

We are seeking a Buyer to support environmental categories for North America. This role is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing key supplier relationships, and partnering closely with business and functional stakeholders to drive value for the organization.

The Environmental Buyer will play a key role in shaping category strategy,



improving supplier performance, and ensuring sourcing decisions align with business objectives.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional and integral sourcing strategies using category management principles.- Lead contract negotiations and execute agreements that support business requirements.
- Deliver cost savings and broader value creation in alignment with procurement and business targets.
- Partner with business and functional leaders to establish, refine, and execute value-creation strategies.
- Define key performance indicators and work with strategic suppliers to track and drive performance improvements.
- Gather and incorporate voice-of-customer insights into category strategies and contract negotiations.
- Ensure timely resolution of MROCP supply issues; conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
