Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Review and process medical bills according to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies and processing errors.
- Respond to billing inquiries from internal and external customers.
- Communicate with healthcare providers, claim professionals,



and internal departments to resolve billing-related issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of billing activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and operational efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Preferred
- Previous experience in medical billing, billing operations, healthcare administration, insurance, or Workers' Compensation.
- Experience working in a BPO, administrative
