You'll have broad ownership across production assets, critical utilities, facilities and calibration processes, helping deliver operational excellence while developing high-performing teams and driving continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities:
- Lead maintenance and utilities operations to ensure the availability, reliability and performance of manufacturing equipment and critical site services.
- Manage maintenance activities across production lines, HVAC systems, compressed air, purified water, electrical systems, facilities and infrastructure.
- Drive the implementation of Autonomous Maintenance and strengthen TPM practices across the site.
- Develop and execute maintenance strategies that improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime and enhance OEE performance.
- Lead a team of technical professionals, supporting their development, engagement and performance while fostering a strong safety culture.Manage maintenance budgets, including OPEX and CAPEX investments, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
