Validation Engineer (SolidWorks / Windchill)

Location: Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Support engineering validation activities related to product and process changes.
- Create, review, and update validation documentation in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and support engineering change activities using Windchill.
- Process and coordinate Change Notices (CN), Change Requests (CR), and Change Orders (CO).
- Utilize SolidWorks to review engineering drawings, assemblies, and product documentation.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, R&D;, and Engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of design and process changes.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and traceability throughout the product lifecycle.
- Support investigations, documentation updates, and continuous improvement initiatives as required.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience as a Validation Engineer,



Manufacturing Engineer, Product Engineer, or similar engineering role within the medical device industry.
- Current or recent experience at Biosense Webster (BWI):
- Hands-on experience with SolidWorks.
- Experience using Windchill.
- Experience processing CN (Change Notice), CR (Change Request), and CO (Change Order).
- Intermediate technical English (able to read and understand engineering documentation and communicate in technical environments).

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in FDA-regulated and/or ISO 13485 environments.
- Strong documentation and change management skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
