Lead, coordinate, and oversee manufacturing engineering activities to ensure efficient, stable, and cost-effective production processes while meeting company standards for quality, safety, and productivity.
- Lead and supervise the Manufacturing Engineering team.
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
- Ensure proper development and maintenance of work instructions, PFMEA, control plans, and technical documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing scrap, downtime, and operational costs.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (OEE, efficiency, productivity, quality).
- Lead layout improvements and line balancing projects.
- Validate tooling, equipment, and fixtures.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Maintenance, Production, and EHS teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable regulations.
- Approve process changes.
- Authorize technical documentation.




- Assign priorities and resources within the engineering team.
- Escalate operational risks to management.

Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years in manufacturing engineering.
- Proven experience leading technical teams.
- Experience in manufacturing environments (automotive, electronics, etc.).
- Lean Manufacturing
- Six Sigma
- PFMEA
- Quality standards (ISO, IATF if applicable)
- Advanced english proficiency (spoken and written)
- Valid U.S. visa and availability for international travel
