You will report directly to our Senior Mfg Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Juarez, Mexico location on an on-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact manufacturing productivity and product quality by providing technical support, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring adherence to engineering standards and best practices.

YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance or a similar role
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in maintenance processes
- Experience of PTH Equipment (Wave Solder, Selective Solder, PVA - Conformal Coating, PCB Cutter - Router, Conveyors, PCB Washer machines), PLC Programming
- Basic knowledge in PLC
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills




- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software - Leadership and team management skillsContinuous improvement mindset

- Advanced degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Technology
- Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
