About the team and role

Our TPM (Technical Program Management) team owns the frameworks and programs that drive how our Engineering, Product, Design, and Analytics (EPDA) organization plans, prioritizes, and executes.

As a Senior TPM, you will own program strategy and execution across two of the pillars Scribd relies on to run soundly and decide well: one that develops the critical payments, risk, identity, security, and accounting systems that keep the business running compliantly, and one that builds the reporting, experimentation, and data products that sharpen how the whole company makes decisions.
