- Receive and manage hiring requests to initiate recruitment and selection processes across different business lines and functional areas, using SAP SuccessFactors (SF):
- Conduct job profile intake sessions in partnership with business leaders and collaborate closely with the recruiting team to assign activities and meet hiring objectives, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up in SF:
- Conduct cold screening interviews, competency-based interviews, and occasional assessment-style interviews, as well as administer and evaluate technical assessments, documenting outcomes in SuccessFactors:
- Participate in regular team meetings and follow-up calls to report on vacancy status, align on new initiatives and projects, and support decision-making through SF dashboards and reports:
- You will be part of the new hire onboarding process, offering support and orientation
- Demonstrate availability to participate in recruitment events, university career fairs,



and other talent attraction activities, representing the firm and promoting open roles
- Represent Perfetti Van Melle at student hiring events, webinars, and conferences, acting as a brand ambassador and promoting our early careers programs

Sobre el puesto de trabajo
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the FMCG Company
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications or similar preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
- Data-driven mindset: able to provide insights and expertise to hiring managers and support decision-making through data analysis and reporting
- Naturally curious and innovative - constantly seeks opportunities to improve processes and enhance outcomes through creative thinking
- Advanced proficiency in English and fluent Spanish
