QuickBooks Accountant (Multi-Entity)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented QuickBooks Accountant to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage the accounting operations for multiple legal entities, including one nonprofit organization, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with accounting standards.

This position is adecuado for an experienced accountant who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and has strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks, reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end close.

Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Accounting
- Maintain accurate accounting records in QuickBooks for multiple legal entities.
- Record daily financial transactions, including journal entries, bank activity, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and intercompany transactions.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.

Banking & Reconciliations
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies.




- Maintain complete supporting documentation for cash transactions.

Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Process vendor invoices, payments, and employee reimbursements.
- Create customer invoices, record receipts, and deposits.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up as needed.

Intercompany Accounting
- Record and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of intercompany activity.

Month-End Close
- Perform monthly and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial close.

Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare financial reports for management.
- Analyze financial performance and explain variances.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
- Develop entity-level and consolidated financial reports.

Compliance
- Maintain organized accounting records
