Job Summary:
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Failure Analysis Engineer located in Juarez Sur. Reporting to the Operations Engineering Managerthe Failure Analysis Engineer Responsible for implementing and maintaining cost-effective troubleshooting methods for systems, software, and equipment, and for proposing and implementing solutions for critical issues to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a healthy inventory of repair or manufacturing processes. Tasked with increasing technical knowledge and with developing training plans for technical staff, ensuring flexibility across projects and technologies. Responsible for monitoring and improving technician efficiency and effectiveness indicators to ensure optimal performance.

What a typical day looks like:




- Directs and coordinates electronic engineering and/or technical personnel in design of methos of failure analisys, testing and test control apparatus and equipment, or software and systems testing.
- Directs and coordinates electronic engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, installation and calibration of instruments, equipment and control devices required to test, telemeter and record test data.
- Directs and coordinate the strategies of debug the fail product of the test process.
- Defines conditions and procedures under which The technicians are to be conducted and Indicators and phases of Debug Process.
- Interfaces and confers with scientific, engineering and technical personnel to resolve testing and troubleshooting problems such as failures of product or system malfunctions, incomplete test data, Failure Analysis Reports, new solutions, obsolete components data interpretation or coding issues.
