The Finance Director will serve as the senior finance leader for the company's operations in Mexico, with responsibility for overseeing finance, accounting, tax, compliance, treasury, financial planning and analysis, internal controls, audit activities, cost accounting,



and payroll oversight across multiple sites. Based in Monterrey, this position will report directly to global finance leadership and act as a key member of the regional leadership team.

The role is responsible for driving financial strategy, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, and maintaining full compliance with local regulations and corporate policies. A critical focus will be preparing the organization for operation under Mexico's Large Taxpayer regime, including strengthening internal controls, supporting tax compliance, managing external advisors, and coordinating audit readiness initiatives.

As a strategic business partner, the Finance Director will work closely with operations, sales, and senior leadership to translate operational performance into financial insights, identify opportunities to improve profitability, support investment decisions, and contribute to the achievement of growth
