Oversee a team of offshore Maintenance and Construction planners to develop and execute well-structured short-term Integrated Activity Plans. This role is essential in aligning planning processes with safety, asset integrity, and operational efficiency objectives.
The position requires a coordinated approach to planning across multiple departments, including Drilling & Well Intervention, Operations, Maintenance, Integrity, and Projects. A key focus will be improving existing short-term planning processes, strengthening project controls and reporting mechanisms, and continuously enhancing resource allocation and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of offshore planners and schedulers in line with HR policies and performance expectations.
- Manage the CMMS work planning and execution cycle, ensuring effective resource allocation, material procurement, work order completion, and reporting.
- Drive improvements in the short-term planning framework by extending the existing 7-day plan into a structured 14-day outlook.
- Regularly review long-term CMMS planning to align maintenance schedules with major equipment downtime strategies.
- Ensure all Safety Critical Equipment (SCE) preventive and corrective maintenance activities are scheduled and executed within the required timeframe, escalating any delays for resolution or deferment.
- Collaborate with onshore planning teams to refine shutdown worklists, contribute to Level-4 shutdown plans, optimise critical path activities, and address potential scheduling conflicts.
- Work closely with the Planning Team Lead to enhance scheduling methodologies and implement structured progress reporting for key projects.
- Continuous interaction with the Maintenance Superintendent and Offshore Installation Manager to discuss work prioritisation, personnel logistics, and scheduling challenge
