Your potential is our inspiration. As Global Pricing Manager, Fragrance Ingredients, you will partner with commercial leadership to drive pricing excellence across a global portfolio. You will transform market, financial and operational insights into pricing strategies that support sustainable growth, improve profitability and strengthen competitive positioning.



This role serves as a key business partner across Commercial, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and Research and Development, ensuring pricing decisions remain fact-based, consistent and aligned with overall Scent business objectives.
Where You'll Make a Difference
- Serve as the primary pricing business partner for the Fragrance Ingredients commercial organization globally.
- Develop and execute pricing strategies that support profitable growth while balancing customer, market and business objectives.
- Lead pricing analyses and commercial recommendations for existing products, new product introductions and strategic growth initiatives.
- Coordinate and support semi-annual and periodic customer pricing reviews and negotiations.
- Establish and maintain sustainable global pricing frameworks, governance processes and pricing data integrity.
