Bilingual Client Support Assistant (English Required) – IN-OFFICE
Guadalajara, Jalisco – Near Chapultepec & La Paz
Starting salary: $17,000 MXN/month + Prestaciones de Ley + Department Bonus Opportunities
Monday–Friday | Full-Time | 100% In-Office
A growing U.S. law firm is seeking a dependable, professional Client Support Assistant to communicate with English-speaking clients and help keep their cases moving forward.
What You’ll Do
- Communicate with clients by phone, email, and secure messaging
- Assist clients with document requests, appointments, and case-related updates
- Follow up on missing information and deadlines
- Document communications and update case files
- Coordinate with attorneys and other team members to address client needs

What We’re Looking For
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Client service, customer service, call center, office,



or legal experience
- Professional and confident phone communication
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Dependable, patient, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- A high level of integrity, discretion, and respect for client confidentiality

Legal experience is welcome but not required. Paid training is provided.
