Job Description
Role Activities:
Lead multiple strategic projects to support manufacturing network optimization and product insourcing from external suppliers.
Support M&A; due diligence and the implementation of integration activities.
Manage cross-functional teams , including direct and indirect reports across technical, commercial, and production functions.
Develop and maintain standardized processes and playbooks for due diligence, M&A;, and manufacturing transfers.
Initiate and manage capital requests (CB-2) for M&A;, capacity expansion, and network Optimization and Insourcing Projects.
Provide capital planning insights ,
monitor expenditures, and ensure alignment with financial forecasts.
Collaborate with plant managers, ISC leadership, Engineering, R&D;, quality and Finance to develop and execute project plans.
Ensure compliance with regional manufacturing requirements , particularly in Tijuana and Mexico.
Deliver project updates to business and functional leadership, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Define and secure program resources , establish team roles and responsibilities, and evaluate performance.
Apply advanced project management methodologies , including scope definition, WBS, risk management, and integrated business planning.
Provide technical guidance and drive continuous improvement across teams and processes.
Manage budgets and financial resources for assigned projects.
