We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC), who will provide support and assistance to the Talent Acquisition department for our North America Operations. We are piloting a new work model to support our international business, and you can be part of this great adventure The TAC manages all administrative functions in support of the Talent Acquisition team that include but not limited to processing background checks and pre-employment drug screens, scheduling interviews, posting positions, and managing onboarding process for North America & Canada.

and managing onboarding process for North America & Canada.
Responsibilities
- Conducts background checks and pre-employment drug screens for all North America new hires; this includes deploying them through our vendors, validating security factors as well as conducting follow-up.
- Arrangement of MVR checks with corresponding candidates.
- Escalate correspondingly any pre-adverse situation as well as follow the clearance matrix for new hires.
- Coordinates scheduling of interviews (virtual and onsite) for Talent Advisors and hiring managers.
- Keep an up-to-date control of activities in iCIMS (ATS).
- Processes and tracks invoices from employment agencies or vendors for payment.
- Responsible for catering, supplies or event support.
- Arranges travel and lodging for applicants and Talent Acquisition team as necessary.
