We are looking for a Launch Coordinator for our location in El Salto, Jalisco.
What can you look forward as a Launch Coordinator:
- Control & manage the launch team via OLM Process (cockpit, checklists and templates) within the plant
- Communicate changes of targets & premises to the plant launch team
- Safeguard smooth handover to series production
- Compliance with project targets
- Fulfills all responsibilities in early launch stage, if no Divisional Launch Manager is defined




- Request results and deliverables status
- Take decisions and initiate escalations (GDPEP / Divisional Launch Manager / plant organization)
- Prioritization of sub-targets in coordination with the plant launch team

Profile description:
- Academic degree in technical field or equivalent
- 2+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment
- 7 - 10 years of experience
- Core tools
- MS project
- Goodunderstanding of relevant products & manufacturing processes
- Advanced skill set to analyze and solve problems, to present topics, run projects and build teams
- Very good oral and written communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Coaching skills
- Working knowledge of the GDPEP process
