WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join Bain’s North America Industry Recruiting team, part of our Talent Acquisition organization. The team is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and integrating experienced professionals across Bain’s U.S. and Canada offices.
You’ll work closely with the Manager and Director of Industry Recruiting, as well as recruiting teams, interviewers, employees,



and other Talent Acquisition partners across North America.

WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As a Coordinator on our North America Industry Recruiting team, you’ll provide operational, scheduling, and candidate management support across our experienced-hire recruiting efforts.
You’ll play an important role in creating a seamless and professional experience for candidates, interviewers, and office teams. This is a high-visibility opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and energized by fast-paced, people-focused work, while gaining meaningful exposure to Bain’s Talent Acquisition organization.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Coordinate interviews and recruiting logistics across North America, partnering with candidates, interviewers, and recruiting teams to deliver a smooth experience.
Support application management, resume screening, referrals, candidate sourcing, and pipeline engagement.
Maintain accurate candidate records
