We are looking for a Technical Consultant Trainee to join our team to support technical aspects of SAP Reinsurance Management projects.



This role is designed for candidates who are eager to learn and develop skills in data migration, UI5 development, and integration tasks, while building strong technical capabilities and a consulting mindset.

What you will do

Understand the different phases of SAP Reinsurance Management implementation (design, documentation, testing, training).
Develop knowledge of SAP’s newest and future solutions.
Develop an understanding of msg’s IT proprietary product and service offerings while applying general insurance and reinsurance theories and concepts
Understand msg’s consulting processes and SAP methodologies
Communicate and interact effectively with clients
Participate in assignments and project work as individual contributor and team member
Work effectively with msg teams worldwide
Receive training and mentoring, both on-the-job and in the classroom
Learn to support the delivery of complex projects for Insurance and Reinsurance companies.
