Provide technical expertise and support to the customers and sales team during the implementation of packaging solutions.
Business Acquisition Management - Coordinate activities with cross-functional teams.
Ensure proper production and quality control processes with manufacturing teams.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
Customer & cross-functional collaborations - Collaborate with teams such as sales, production, procurement, and R&D; to meet project objectives.
Identify the best strategies to develop the marketplace for KTPconTeyor products (Textile- Plastics- Steel returnable packaging solutions).
Work closely with customers to understand their packaging requirements.
Provide technical expertise and support in selecting auditable packaging solutions.
Collaborate with product development, manufacturing, quality control and sales teams.




Address technical challenges, incorporate feedback and optimize designs.
Service as a technical resource for customers, sales teams and production staff.
Assist with troubleshooting product or packaging issues.
Feasibility studies - Evaluate the technical and economic feasibility of proposed packaging solutions.
Analyse material costs, manufacturing capabilities, transportation considerations, and environmental impacts.
Monitor market trends, technological advancements, and industry best practices.
Identify areas for improvement and explore innovative packaging techniques.
Documentation and Communication - Develop technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports.This position is based in our office in Zapopan, Mexico and we request flexibility to travel for customer visits if needed.Education- You have a bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fiel
