About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and hands on Performance Strategist (Demand Gen) to work with B2B technology, SaaS, and fintech clients.
This is a hands-on performance marketing role.



The adecuado candidate should be comfortable developing strategy, working directly in ad platforms, analyzing performance data, speaking with clients, and supporting junior team members.
You will manage multiple client accounts and work directly with clients to improve paid media performance, generate qualified leads, and drive pipeline and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage paid media strategies across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
Launch, optimize, and manage campaigns directly within the ad platforms.
Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Track KPIs such as CPL, CAC, MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, pipeline, and revenue.
Work with large datasets and create reports using Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
Lead client meetings, performance reviews, and strategy discussions.
Explain performance results and recommendations clearly to U.S. clients and
