Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) to join a distributed team developing and modernizing enterprise software solutions across SaaS, mobile, and on-premise environments. You will work across the full application stack, from databases and backend services to modern web interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize complex full-stack applications.
Build and maintain single-page applications (SPAs) using modern JavaScript frameworks.
Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and Express.
Perform unit testing and participate in CI/CD and Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
Lead code reviews and promote software engineering best practices.
Participate in system design, ensuring security, performance, scalability, and data integrity.
Create and maintain technical documentation throughout the software development lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with QA and development teams to ensure comprehensive testing and product quality.




Mentor developers and share technical knowledge across the team.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of expert-level JavaScript/TypeScript experience.
Strong experience with Node.js and Express.
Experience building complex SPAs with AngularJS, React, and/or Vue.js.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SCSS.
Experience with RESTful services and/or microservices.
Experience with Docker on Linux or macOS.
Experience with NoSQL or MultiValue (PICK) databases.
Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD, TDD, and Git.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, advanced degree, or equivalent professional experience.
10+ years of software industry experience in product design, architecture, development, or support.
Experience with legacy application modernization is highly valued.
Experience with AWS or Azure is a plus.
HCM domain knowledge is a plus.
