Overall Responsibilities and Duties
The Controls Engineer is responsible for maintaining all software and program backups related to automated equipment, working through teamwork, continuous improvement, and people development within the framework of the Faurecia Excellence System (FES) and the Being Faurecia culture. The role also promotes environmental protection practices in accordance with ISO 14001 requirements.
Main Missions of the Role




Ensure compliance with the requirements of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and C-TPAT management systems related to maintenance activities.
Ensure adequate staffing, training, and development of team members.
Ensure and support compliance with applicable Environmental Management and Occupational Health & Safety system controls within the area of responsibility.
Coordinate the procurement of new equipment to ensure manufacturing, maintenance, safety, health, and environmental requirements are met.
Contribute, in coordination with the Plant Engineering Department, to defining technical specifications for equipment and facility modifications.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance requirements for all manufacturing equipment.
Identify and contribute to the development of standards for equipment repair, startup, and operation.
Participate in Production System Efficiency and Quality System Efficiency initiatives to support c
