Role Description The Social Compliance Auditor is a full-time, on-site role based in Mexico, responsible for assessing factories and supply chain partners for compliance with social, labor, health and safety, and ethical standards. In this role,



the auditor conducts scheduled and ad hoc audits, including document reviews, facility inspections, and worker and management interviews, following established protocols and client requirements. The position involves preparing clear, accurate audit reports, documenting findings, and recommending corrective actions that align with international standards and local regulations. The auditor collaborates with internal teams and clients to clarify requirements, support corrective action plans, and monitor progress on remediation activities. Day-to-day responsibilities also include staying current with social compliance regulations and industry best practices, traveling to client sites within Mexico and potentially internationally, and maintaining impartiality and professionalism throughout all audit engagements.
