We are looking for a Business Controller for our Industrial Assembly Solutions (IAS) Customer Center Mexico, based in Puebla. As our Business Controller, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations, steering the organization's accounting functions and empowering strategic financial decisions through precise and timely reporting. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance & Administration of North America, you'll contribute significantly to our overall success.
Your mission is to guarantee excellent control of all financial aspects of the organization, controlling the budget of our 5 Business Lines (approximate total revenue of 30M USD) by providing strong analytical financial inputs to the local Business Line Managers and General Manager.
As a member of the management team, you must lead by example, to develop and support the employees in your team in reaching their full potential. You apply your excellent analytical skills and develop a good relationship with international and local management.
Your day-to-day
Compliance with "The Way We Do Things" of the Atlas Copco Group for your role as Business Controller.
Contribute actively to the achievement of organizational targets, being accountable for all financial performance of our Customer Center.
Elaborate monthly and yearly forecasting reports compliant in both time and quality to the hands of the General Manager and the Director of Finance of North America.
Lead the financial planning and take ownership of all month-end closings of the Customer Center.
