What You’ll Be Doing
Lead complex technical and commercial engagements by diagnosing customer needs and translating them into effective refrigeration solutions that drive business growth.




Support and influence medium to high-complexity projects from opportunity identification through execution, ensuring technical robustness and commercial value.
Identify and develop strategic business opportunities by working closely with distributors, contractors, integrators, and end users.
Deliver technical training and knowledge sharing to sales teams, distributors, and customers to elevate capability and solution adoption.
Communicate and present technical and commercial proposals clearly and confidently to diverse stakeholders, even under pressure.

What We're Looking For
Strong technical foundation in commercial and industrial refrigeration, including systems, components, and applications such as condensing units, cold rooms, cold chain, and HVAC/R solutions.

+10 years of experience in technical sales and solution development, with the ability to manage complex projects and solve demanding technical challenges.

Business development mindset with demonstrated succ
