On Behalf of the world-famous ICT Company Huawei Technologies, we are looking for an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Role & Tasks

• IT Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Source, attract, and recruit IT professionals according to business needs, with a focus on Infrastructure profiles.
• Candidate Screening & Interviews: Conduct candidate screening and interviews, evaluating experience and fit against position requirements.
• Recruitment Process Management: Coordinate the recruitment process from sourcing through hiring, ensuring proper follow-up and communication.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates through recruitment platforms, professional networks, and other sourcing channels.





Desired Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in IT Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably recruiting Infrastructure profiles such as Networks, Systems, Cloud, Data Center, or related technologies.
• Good understanding of IT roles and technical profiles, particularly within Infrastructure.
• Strong communication, organization, proactivity, follow-up, and ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with recruitment platforms, professional networks, candidate databases, and Microsoft Office.
• Advanced / Fluent English proficiency is mandatory.
• Work location: Santa Fe, CDMX.
