Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the sales and business development of LGMG Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs) and Telehandlers in the Mexican market.
Achieve annual sales, revenue, market share and profitability targets.
Develop, manage, and support dealers and distributors across Mexico.
Identify and develop key accounts, including rental companies, etc.,
Manage the full sales cycle, including customer visits, needs analysis, product selection, quotations, negotiations, contracts, order follow-up, delivery, and payment collection.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
Monitor market trends, competitors, product positioning, and pricing strategies.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Work closely with the technical, after-sales, parts, logistics, and finance teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Monitor customer payment status and manage potential credit and collection risks.
Provide regular market intelligence, sales reports, and business development plans to management.





Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of sales experience in construction equipment, material handling equipment, MEWPs, telehandlers, or related industries.
Solid knowledge of the Mexican equipment market and B2B sales environment.
Proven experience in dealer development, key account management, and business development.
Experience working with rental companies, construction companies, or industrial customers is highly preferred.
Fluent in Spanish with good English communication skills.
Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel frequently throughout Mexico.
