We are looking for a Growth and Paid Media Sr Analyst with a strategic mindset and strong tactical execution skills, capable of leading digital acquisition campaigns with an omnichannel approach. This role will be key in designing, implementing,



and optimizing performance marketing initiatives focused on generating qualified leads in SaaS and B2B environments.

The main responsibilities you will have are:

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads and across the Meta Ads ecosystem (Facebook, Instagram, Audience Network) and marketing channels like ProspectBase and ComparaSoftware.
Design and develop multichannel acquisition strategies, integrating paid media, organic tactics, and automation.
Produce regular reports with actionable business insights.
Oversee the entire paid demand generation funnel, ensuring efficient conversion from first touch to closed deal.
Use HubSpot for campaign automation and performance tracking.
Collaborate with product, sales, and content teams to align marketing goals with business growth.
Analyze key metrics and generate actionable reports for continuous improvement.
