Payroll Manager – HR Services
Join our global HR Services organization as a Payroll Manager, where you will lead complex payroll operations and act as a champion of change, driving digitalization and transformation that impacts thousands of employees across multiple entities.

What will you do:
Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing payroll team supporting blue- and white-collar populations at local and regional levels
Own end-to-end payroll operations, including complex calculations, taxes, statutory compliance, and governance
Drive digitalization and transformation initiatives, improving processes, controls, and system efficiency
Act as a key partner for regional and global stakeholders, ensuring service delivery aligned with SLAs and quality standards
Lead change management initiatives, serving as a trusted voice and influencer during transformation
Ensure strong collaboration with HR, Finance,



and external vendors to maintain operational excellence
Contribute to long-term strategy and roadmap (e.g., Payroll vision toward 2027)
