Title: FP&A; Junior Analyst

Contract Details: Full-time, remote

Howard Financial is a leading financial services company that provides a wide range of financial solutions to clients across the globe. We are currently seeking a talented and motivated FP&A; Junior Analyst to join our team on a full-time, remote basis.

As an FP&A; Junior Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the financial planning and analysis (FP&A;) team in providing accurate and timely financial information to support decision making and drive business growth. You will work closely with the FP&A; team to analyze financial data, create financial reports, and assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis for management and stakeholders
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision making
Help in the development and maintenance of financial models for forecasting and budgeting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data




Identify and communicate potential financial risks and opportunities to management
Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial performance
Support the FP&A; team in ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
Experience with financial planning and analysis software is a plus
Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards is preferred
