Tempello is an AI platform for the legal industry. We monitor office communications and automatically generate accurate time entries straight into law firm billing systems, today that's Clio Manage, with 8am and MyCase support. Law firms lose real revenue to unbilled and under-billed time, and we close that gap without lawyers touching a timer.

We're now building a reseller channel of independent consultants who already sell and support Clio to law and accounting firms. The program is built and highly incentivized. We need someone to launch it and run it.

What you'll do
Prospect roughly 200 identified Clio consultants and resellers by phone and email, pitching them on joining our partner program
Own the full cycle: outreach → pitch → onboarding → activation
Represent Tempello at a major legal industry trade show in Boston in late October 2026
Manage and grow relationships with signed consultants — this is a long-term channel-building role, not a launch-and-leave project




Help consultants ramp their own books of business (partners range from ~20 to several thousand Clio-using firms)

Specific program mechanics and incentive structure are shared during the interview process.

How you'll be paid
Monthly base ($1,500 - $2,000 USD)
Milestone commissions: signing a consultant, their first sale, their tenth, and beyond
Lifetime revenue commission on every customer a signed consultant brings in, for as long as that customer stays subscribed
OTE w/Commissions $4,500 - $6,000+

The upside here is the residual. Every partner you sign keeps paying you as their book grows.

What we're looking for
Proven B2B SaaS channel or reseller sales experience — you've built or scaled a partner network, not just closed direct deals
Complete fluency in English, written and spoken
Based between Pacific Time and three hours ahead of it (GMT-8 to GMT-5). We're a Pacific-time company and need real working-hours overlap
