MISSION
Lead the development of SARELLY's commercial formats, accessories and brand extensions, creating products that unlock additional value from the existing portfolio while expanding the SARELLY universe beyond makeup.
This role combines commercial thinking, product development and cultural sensitivity to proactively identify new product opportunities and transform them into desirable, scalable and commercially relevant concepts.
In other words: create products and formats that drive business, strengthen our franchises and make people want to buy, collect or talk about SARELLY.

SARELLY has rapidly expanded from DTC into social commerce, marketplaces and physical retail. Today, the brand is present at leading beauty retailers including Sephora and Ulta in Mexico and is entering its next phase of international growth, including a major U.S. retail expansion.

As we enter our next stage, we want to expand the SARELLY universe beyond core beauty innovation — developing smarter commercial formats and culturally relevant products that strengthen our franchises, create desirability and unlock new business opportunities across channels and markets.

We are looking for someone who can combine commercial thinking, product development expertise and cultural curiosity to help us turn these opportunities into products people want to buy, collect, show and share.
