Position Title: Bilingual Accountant & Operations Coordinator

Reports To: Founders / Directors, Mexico Health Concierge

Location and Work Model: Guadalajara / Zapopan, Jalisco. Full-time hybrid role combining home office work, office-based administration, and occasional in-person support for client appointments or company needs.

Role Summary
Mexico Health Concierge is seeking a bilingual accountant who can lead the company’s accounting and financial administration while also supporting selected operational responsibilities such as scheduling, logistics, billing follow-up, and client coordination. This is a key first hire for the company and is intended for someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats in an early-stage business while maintaining strong professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
The role begins with accounting as its foundation. Over time, the right candidate may grow into a broader operations leadership position, helping build the systems, team, and structure needed for scale.

Core Responsibilities




• Prepare and manage monthly and annual accounting obligations, tax filings, and general compliance requirements in Mexico.
• Maintain accurate accounting records, organized documentation, and strong internal financial controls.
• Manage supplier payments, expense tracking, and invoice organization.
• Handle client billing, payment follow-up, and coordination of financial records related to MHC service fees.
• Support scheduling of consultations, diagnostics, procedures, transportation, accommodations, and other client-related logistics.
• Coordinate administrative follow-up with clinics, hospitals, hotels, transportation providers, and other service partners.
• Maintain internal trackers, calendars, records, and operational documentation.
• Provide selected in-person client support or hosting when needed for appointments or procedures.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English and Spanish with clients, suppliers, and team
