Job Title: S&OP; Analyst - NPI/PLM
City: Toluca

As a S&OP; Analyst - NPI/PLM Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring successful product launches and lifecycle execution across the North American network. You will drive supply chain readiness, impact/risks assessments, monitor service KPIs, and partner cross-functionally to manage risks, optimize inventory, and support on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery.

Your main responsibilities:
Support cross-functional PLM governance, partnering with Commercial and Planning teams to drive alignment on demand, sales, and raw material strategies
Analyze supply chain data (SAP, Kinaxis) to monitor performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement opportunities
Track and report key KPIs, including Forecast Accuracy,



BIAS, OTIF, air freight usage, inventory levels, and critical raw materials
Manage end-to-end product lifecycle activities, including new product introductions, phase-in/phase-out, discontinuations, and product transfers
Identify and mitigate supply risks, providing insights on timelines, raw material constraints, and inventory exposure to support decision-making
Reduce inventory obsolescence and inefficiencies by ensuring disciplined execution of PLM processes and lifecycle controls
You bring:
2 or 3 years of experience Preferred in planning functions, including supply, demand, inventory, or production planning.
Skills in tools ATLAS, SAP, Power BI, and Kinaxis ( IBP and PLM modules will be advantageous).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, capable to prepare/analyse scenarios/trade-offs and simplify complex issues.
