Objective of the Role
Responsible for leading the analysis, documentation, and design of technology solutions that translate business requirements into clear technical and functional specifications. This role takes a proactive approach to identifying process improvements, optimizing existing products, and designing new solutions that align with the organization's strategic objectives. Collaborates closely with key stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs, acting as a primary liaison and mentor within the analyst team.
Main Responsabilities
Conducts advance-level analysis and understanding of technical documentation to accelerate integrations with internal or external systems.
Analyzes and documents current processes while collaborating with business and technical areas to define future processes, mapping critical dependencies, involved systems, and information flows.
Participates during the negotiation and prioritization of features or enablers using indicators and value criteria,
aligning operational needs with strategic goals and ensuring their inclusion in the backlog.
Translates complex requirements into user stories and functional documentation, providing clear guidance to the development team regarding the expected solutions.
Acts as a mentor for junior analysts, promoting best practices in product analysis and contributing to the definition of internal standards for documentation and communication.
Facilitates interactions between business and technical areas, addressing questions and managing stakeholder expectations to ensure alignment and transparency on project progress.
Actively participates in the validation and functional testing of developed solutions, ensuring they meet defined standards and business needs.
Supervises the implementation of changes and new functionalities, ensuring execution quality and communicating the development status to stakeholders.
