The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing brand awareness, and maintaining relationships with regional utilities, developers, and customers. This role requires strategic thinking, a deep understanding of the Mexican energy storage market, and close collaboration with the Americas leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the assigned region while meeting and exceeding sales targets
Brand Development and Awareness: Work closely with the Marketing team to enhance brand presence across Mexico,



and represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and online/offline events
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with regional project developers, utilities, and commercial and industrial customers, and manage contract execution including PO placement, delivery coordination, and customer training
Market Intelligence: Actively monitor the Mexican energy storage landscape and provide timely market insights and competitive intelligence to senior leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
7+ years of sales experience in the energy industry, with at least 3 years in a senior sales role
Strong understanding of the electrical and electronics manufacturing market, particularly Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), with an established network of industry contacts in Mexico
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
