About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven digital campaigns that generate leads, customers, and measurable revenue.
This is a hands-on, data-driven role for someone who understands how to turn advertising budgets into business results. You’ll manage paid campaigns, analyze performance, improve conversion efficiency, and continuously test audiences, creatives, messaging, and channels.
You’ll be accountable for metrics such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and revenue impact — not just clicks and impressions.
What You’ll OwnPaid Media & Campaign Management
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns
Manage paid media across platforms such as:
Google Ads
Meta Ads
LinkedIn Ads
Other relevant performance marketing channels
Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and overall performance
Adjust targeting,



bids, budgets, and campaign structures based on results
Ensure campaigns remain aligned with lead generation and revenue goals
Performance Analysis & Optimization
Track and analyze key performance metrics, including:
Cost per Lead (CPL)
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Conversion Rate
Cost per Acquisition (CPA)
Identify underperforming campaigns and diagnose potential causes
Make data-driven decisions to improve campaign efficiency
Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance trends
Audience, Keyword & Market Research
Conduct audience and customer research to improve targeting
Perform keyword research for paid search campaigns
Identify new audience segments and targeting opportunities
Monitor competitor activity and relevant market trends
Translate research into actionable campaign opportunities
Creative & Landing Page Collaboration
Collaborate on campaign messa
