About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning Consultant to act as a trusted advisor to
the business, partnering with key stakeholders to identify performance
challenges and develop impactful learning solutions that drive measurable
business outcomes.

This role blends strategic consulting with hands-on execution, ensuring learning
initiatives are relevant, scalable, and aligned with organizational priorities.
The successful candidate will influence senior stakeholders, challenge
assumptions, and help embed learning as a critical driver of business
performance.

Working closely with senior business leaders, learning experts, and external
vendors, you will bring learning strategies to life and ensure solutions are
engaging, effective, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Business Consulting & Solution Architecture

* Provide strategic learning consultancy to client groups, supporting workforce
capability needs and people priorities through fit-for-purpose learning
solutions.
* Partner with senior stakeholders, including Heads of Learning, Learning
Managers, and Business Leaders, to identify learning requirements and align
solutions with business objectives, culture, and values.
* Diagnose performance challenges and recommend targeted learning interventions
that deliver business impact.

Learning Solution Design

* Support the design, curation, and management of enterprise-wide academies,
learning programs, and career development tools aligned to critical skills,
business domains, and development pathways, including leadership development.
* Collaborate during the solution development phase to determine content design
