Eagle Property Capital (EPC) is a real estate investment firm specializing in the ownership, acquisition, management, and disposition of multifamily apartment properties across the Southern United States. The firm focuses on creating and enhancing value in Class B and C multifamily assets through repositioning, renovation, leasing strategies, and recapitalization.
Role Description
The Junior Investment Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Mexico City. This role supports the investment team in underwriting new multifamily acquisition opportunities, preparing financial models, and conducting market and asset-level research for properties across EPC's target markets. The analyst will assist in preparing investment memoranda and presentations, gathering and analyzing operating data, and supporting due diligence activities, including review of financial statements, rent rolls, and property inspections.
Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring portfolio performance, updating internal databases and reports,



and coordinating with asset management and property management teams on business plan execution. The role also involves assisting in investor reporting, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to process improvements and analysis that support informed investment decisions.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong financial analysis and modeling skills, including proficiency in Excel and familiarity with real estate valuation concepts (DCF, IRR, NPV, sensitivity analysis).
