Activities
- Manage the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
- Define project schedules, timelines, and key milestones for new product launches.
- Plan and coordinate pre-pilot and pilot production runs.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor and follow up on activities throughout all stages of the product introduction process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, preferably within the metalworking/manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of New Product Introduction (NPI).
- HVAC or air conditioning industry experience is a plus.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar software.
- Valid U.S. visa required.
