As part of its continued expansion in Latin America, the company is looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Utility Solar PV to strengthen customer relationships and accelerate business growth in Mexico.

Position Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned territory, developing strategic customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing key accounts across the Mexican utility-scale solar market.
This role requires strong knowledge of the solar PV industry, excellent customer relationship management skills,



and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers and strategic accounts
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, developers, EPC companies, and industry stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within Mexico
- Achieve sales targets and manage strategic account objectives
- Build sales forecasts, track pipeline development, and monitor key account performance
- Establish productive relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Coordinate internal resources including technical service, logistics, operations, and commercial teams to support customer requirements
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions based on market requirements
- Conduct market research to analyze:
- Market trends
- Customer segments
- Competitor activities
- Business opportun
