Accountabilities
Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers while establishing strong engineering practices,



coding standards, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Partner with Product, Frontend, DevOps, and other teams to define and deliver scalable technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
Architect, develop, and maintain high-performing backend services and APIs using TypeScript, Node.js, and modern backend frameworks.
Design systems for high availability, strong performance, security, scalability, and zero-downtime deployment.
Own backend technical direction and roadmap decisions, balancing immediate delivery requirements with long-term maintainability and scalability.
Strengthen system reliability through effective testing, monitoring, logging, observability, incident management, and performance optimization.
Leverage AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies to improve developer productivity, engineering workflows, and end-user experiences.
